2. Service Description

RentPhoneUSA provides remote access to physical US-based smartphones with real carrier SIM cards. Our service allows you to control a rented device via a web-based dashboard from anywhere in the world. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.

3. Payment and Billing

  • All plans are billed on a monthly basis.
  • Payment is required in advance for each billing period.
  • We accept payment through our secure payment system as indicated on our website.

4. Refund Policy — All Sales Final

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Device offline: If your rented device is offline or inaccessible for an extended period and we are unable to resolve the issue.
  • Service failure: If we are unable to provide or deliver the device/service you purchased.

In all other cases, including but not limited to: change of mind, app compatibility issues, platform-specific limitations (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, or other apps not performing as expected), or misuse of the service — no refunds will be issued.

5. Prohibited Use and Suspension

We do not allow or support any illegal activities.

If we detect fraud, illegal activities, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy:

  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately.
  • No refund will be provided in case of suspension or termination for misuse, fraud, or illegal activities.
  • We reserve the right to report suspicious or illegal activity to relevant authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability — App Performance

We are not responsible if third-party apps do not work as expected on rented devices.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • TikTok, YouTube, or other social media platforms showing 0 views, reduced reach, or restricted functionality
  • App-specific limitations, shadowbanning, or algorithm-related issues
  • Changes in third-party app policies that affect device or account behavior
  • Any outcome based on how you use the device or the apps installed on it

Our service provides access to a physical US device with a real SIM. We do not guarantee specific results, engagement metrics, or app behavior. Use of third-party apps is at your own risk.

7. Acceptable Use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy at all times. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. Please review our Acceptable Use Policy for detailed prohibited activities.

8. Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We implement industry-standard security measures, but you must not share your login details. After your rental ends, your data will be wiped from the device in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
